1. Information we receive
We may receive your name, email address, country, order identifier, product purchased, amount, currency, payment status, support messages, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or cryptocurrency recovery credentials.
2. How we use information
We use information to verify payment, issue the purchaser’s license, personalize and deliver the digital package, provide support, prevent duplicate delivery or fraud, maintain required transaction records, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Payment and service providers
Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Website hosting, email delivery, file storage, and security may be handled by specialized service providers acting under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only the information reasonably needed for those services.
4. Personalized files
A delivered package may contain an order ID and a privacy-safe purchaser identifier. Private download links may expire, and temporary personalized files may be deleted after the delivery period. Essential order and license records may be retained longer for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
5. Cookies and analytics
The public information pages do not currently use advertising cookies. Hosting and security providers may process basic request data to deliver the website, detect abuse, and maintain reliability.
6. International processing
Because AnchorArc Studio serves customers globally, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use established service providers and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.
7. Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate business and security interests.
8. Children
The product and website are not directed to children under 13. A minor who can legally purchase only with a parent or guardian should use the service with that person’s involvement.
