Effective: September 10, 2026
1. License grant
After full payment, AnchorArc Studio grants the named purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use and edit the Character Anchor Kit for the purchaser’s own creative workflow.
2. Permitted commercial use
You may use the kit to create finished stories, videos, images, animations, presentations, social content, publications, and client deliverables. You may monetize those finished works and charge clients for your creative services.
3. Prohibited use
You may not sell, share, sublicense, lend, publish, upload, distribute, or give away the original files, modified source files, substantially similar templates, or any extraction designed to replace the kit. You may not make the kit available through a shared drive, membership library, template marketplace, course download, or file-sharing service.
4. Single-purchaser scope
One purchase licenses one individual purchaser. A company, team, or agency must obtain a separate license for each person who directly accesses or edits the source files, unless AnchorArc Studio agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Personalization and watermarking
The delivered package may include the order ID and a privacy-safe version of the purchaser’s email address. Removing a watermark does not expand or transfer the license.
6. Ownership
AnchorArc Studio retains ownership of the original kit, structure, text, worksheets, trackers, and templates. You retain rights in the original creative work you produce using the kit, subject to any third-party tools, models, or source materials you choose to use.
7. No outcome guarantee
The kit is an organizational and creative-production resource. Results depend on the purchaser’s tools, source material, workflow, and judgment. No particular creative, commercial, or financial result is guaranteed.
8. Questions and permissions
