1. Agreement
By using this website or purchasing the Character Anchor Kit, you agree to these Terms, the Commercial-Use License, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you purchase on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Product and pricing
The Character Anchor Kit is a downloadable digital resource. Its contents, compatible file formats, license, and current US-dollar price are described on the product and pricing pages. A purchase is complete only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.
3. Delivery
Delivery is made electronically to the email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering an accessible email address and checking filtered or spam folders. Private download links may expire for security; verified purchasers can contact support for reasonable access assistance.
4. License and restrictions
Purchase grants a license, not ownership of the source product. Your permitted commercial uses and restrictions are stated in the Commercial-Use License. Unauthorized sharing, resale, sublicensing, or redistribution may result in termination of access and enforcement of applicable rights.
5. Refunds and payment issues
Digital purchases are generally final after delivery, subject to the specific remedies and mandatory consumer rights described in the Refund Policy. Report duplicate charges or failed delivery promptly.

The kit can be used alongside third-party AI, document, and spreadsheet tools. AnchorArc Studio does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, outputs, terms, pricing, or handling of your data.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with delivery or security systems, attempt unauthorized access, use another purchaser’s private link, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
8. Availability and changes
We may correct errors, improve the website, update product information, or change future pricing. A price change does not alter a completed purchase. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security, or events outside reasonable control.
9. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnchorArc Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, product, or a third-party service.
